Excellent restaurant, very attentive service with precise descriptions of the dishes. High-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Very reasonable prices. A great place to eat.

We came for one night and ended up staying three. The entire team gave us a very warm welcome. We also enjoyed the meals and breakfasts, which were very well served and generous. Our only regret was having to leave. But we will be back. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful stay.

The dishes were colorful, visually stunning, and the flavors were exquisitely crafted. A huge thank you to the chef for this culinary journey. The value for money is exceptional. • At the bar: The cocktails and mocktails, created and made by the bartender, were simply divine. A big thank you to him as well: please don't change a thing! • The service: Incredible from start to finish. The team demonstrated remarkable kindness and attentiveness, with a true attention to detail that makes all the difference. A huge thank you to the entire team, including those we didn't see behind the scenes, for this timeless experience. We can't wait to return to explore the rest of the menu. I only stayed one night, but the welcome from the new Belgian owner was incredibly genuine and warm. The half-board option offers local produce, including excellent Aubrac beef, at a ridiculously low price compared to what you'd pay in the South for this quality!

During our motorcycle trip, we stopped for dinner and an overnight stay in a beautifully decorated room... A wonderful discovery! Kudos to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. If you're passing through the area, you can stop here without hesitation.

We stumbled upon it during our weekend getaway and were absolutely delighted. There was a special "pirate" (a type of open-faced sandwich), and the meat was so good that even our 2 and 5-year-old daughters ate some. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly, and the homemade desserts were "delicious," to use our daughter's words. Simple, efficient, very good, and at a very reasonable price—a wonderful discovery!
