Great style with incredibly great trendy and fashionable cuisine. Definitely an insider and not a tourist shop. The chefs were traveling in Asia and combining. Something for vegans, vegetarians and fish and meat eaters. Fusion kitchen ;)

Small restaurant far from the noise of the beaches of Collioure despite its proximity to one of them. The cocktails are excellent, the dishes are just as excellent and I would like to point out that the cook went to ask his restaurateur neighbor if they had sweet soy sauce, just for me! And fortunately no, since he is obviously a better cook than me and the salty sauce went perfectly with his dish… In short, great time despite the heat, the waitress is adorable and smiling, the waiter is just as adorable, and the cook is a chef! My favorite restaurant in Collioure, far from the tourist traps, go there with your eyes closed!
