A hidden gem I stumbled upon! The galettes and crêpes are exquisitely made and absolutely delicious. The service is particularly welcoming. I'm delighted with this discovery! If you're ever near Québriac, don't hesitate to make the detour; it's truly worth it!

Amazing food. Galette was crunchy, perfectly salted and had amazing toppings. Everyone in my party of 4 races about them. Then came the crepes, we all ordered beurre and sucre. Here are the requirements for a perfect crepe:
1. Salted butter or salt on top. The crepe had salted butter and salt! ✅
2. Not powdered sugar, should be a bit grainy. This crepe had granulated sugar with the perfect amount. Not too sweet ✅
3. Crepe should have crunch but then also have soggy butter filled parts which melt in your mouth. This crepe had tons of crunch with soggy parts ✅
