An excellent cordon bleu with delicious spätzle… absolutely divine! Cuisine just the way we like it in Alsace: generous, flavorful, and made with love! We truly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. Honestly, the food is top-notch; it's a pleasure to find such delicious and well-prepared dishes. I will definitely be back!
