An exceptional experience at L’Arbre restaurant. From the moment you enter, you're captivated by the warm and elegant atmosphere, both modern and welcoming. The dishes are simply remarkable: refined cuisine, bursting with flavor, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each plate is as beautiful as it is delicious.
The service is impeccable, professional, attentive, and always with a smile. You truly feel welcome and well-advised. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads with morels in Vin Jaune, absolutely exquisite, and to the pigeon cooked on the bone with foie gras and mashed potatoes, a dish of remarkable finesse and mastery. A true gem—I highly recommend it!

We spent New Year's Eve at L'Arbre restaurant. We were a table of eight.
The menu offered for the evening was excellent. The food and wine pairings delighted us all.
Everything was perfect from start to finish! We will definitely be back!

Excellent place! It's the best pigeon I've ever had. The same goes for the macaroni with truffles (made with Melanosporum truffles, not summer truffles). Plus, they have a new pastry chef, and the desserts are exquisite!
We ordered à la carte, but they also have a €31 set menu (starter/main/dessert) for lunch AND dinner—quite an achievement considering the fresh, seasonal ingredients!
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming; we received a truly warm welcome!
A wine cellar well worth a visit. A lovely team that's a pleasure to see.
Be warned, the chef is unfiltered and has a unique style that might surprise some. Personally, we found him attentive, approachable, and generous with his customers.
