I don't like eating out.
Not so creative cuisine, but above all microscopic portions, unpleasant waiter. A good point for the wines and the sommelier.
We did not find what we were looking for in this establishment.

The food is fantastic, the flavors amazing and clearly a lot of work behind each dish. We chose the 5 dishes tasting menu and wine pairing, and we both enjoyed it very much, is a place I'd like to go back if I'm in that area again. The location is good as is literally near the road no major detour but at the same time is surrounded by fields which is lovely, we actually walked the dogs before the lunch as we arrived early and you have plenty of trails to do so, unfortunately the weather was awful that day and we couldn't eat outside. This is a high end restaurant and therefore expect to pay for it and allow time for the lunch.

Excellent 5-course meal that we were able to enjoy on the terrace to enjoy the good weather. Calm and soothing atmosphere. Very nice food and wine pairing. Well done and thank you to chef Florian Choquet for his work and creativity. Best wishes

diner fin avril ,avec des amis que nous avions invites : il faisait froid a l'arrivee au resto(vers 19h30) manteau bien venu;menu unique a 65 euros:avec poulet en plat principal;assiettes tres peu garnies ou tout etait coupe en petits morceaux,servies tiedes;dessert peu apprecie des convives ...vin que nous avons choisi :bien ; nous avions frequente ce resto le midi ,peu de temps avant c'etait bien mieux a tout point de vue pour un prix tres raisonnable !pas sur que nous reviendrons ...la perte de l'etoile semble justifiee
