L'Arcelle sur Lanslevillard

L'Arcelle has a much more diverse menu compared to other similar restaurants in the area. We tried the fish fillet, spaghetti pasta and coffee. Everything was great. We chose the indoor seating and the ambience was quiet and pleasant. Service was quick too. We will definitely be back to try more and recommend this place to others.

By booking in advance, I was able to try the fondue and raclette, and both were excellent! The cheese wasn't heavy, and the charcuterie was flavorful. The desserts were varied, with many ice cream flavors and a homemade crème brûlée that was definitely worth trying. The staff always made sure you had everything you needed. It's a truly wonderful family-run establishment!

It was lovely to eat in the sunshine and peace and quiet. We all enjoyed our meals!

A traditional restaurant with high-quality, locally sourced products. I was disappointed that some dishes required reservations, but I understand that with fresh ingredients, it's necessary to avoid waste. I was just passing through and looking for a warm and welcoming place. This was the perfect spot for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and it was reasonably priced. The wine was a bit expensive (€30 for 50cl), but oh well. It was a shame it was a little chilled for my taste. However, it was a pleasant and enriching experience, with the owner being very approachable and even offering me a complimentary aperitif when I paid the bill. Thank you again.
