Excellent traditional Alsace dishes with sumptuous portions. We came at 6:30p when they opened for dinner. By 7:00p, this place was packed. Make sure you make reservation. The serving staff were very efficient. The braised pork knuckle meat was soft and tender. The classic chicken condon bleu did not disappoint either. Make sure you go in hungry!

A truly amazing restaurant with a super friendly manager and a very family-friendly atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is quick, in my opinion. I especially loved their tarte flambée and their cheesecake for dessert! Thank you so much!

A very good neighborhood restaurant with a wide selection of Alsatian dishes, all generously served, attractively arranged, yet with a very appealing rustic feel. The service is warm and the setting is very typical. I highly recommend it.

Authentic atmosphere, lovely welcome, incredibly fast (impressive!) service, and delicious food! We had tarte flambée—yum! Go without hesitation! There are two seatings in the evening, so be sure to book in advance ;)

Having been a regular customer for about 10 years, I go there every time I'm in Alsace to visit family. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I ate there recently. The flammekueche recipe has changed, perhaps for cost-saving reasons. The tarts are generous and the cream is still as flavorful (so these remain the restaurant's strong points), but the pastry is not as good as it used to be and, above all, the bacon is far too salty. This makes the flammekueche almost inedible, in my opinion.

07/09/2024: Super repas, très bon service. Le Stras ne déçoit jamais ! Je recommande et j' y retournerai ;-)
01/09/2024: Sur les recommandations Tripvasor j’y suis allée sans hésitation. Finalement un peu déçu. Pour commencer une chaleur insupportable. Ensuite quasiment 45 minutes de temps d’attente. Les produits pour les plats étaient de bonnes qualités mais le goût n’y était pas. Trop de saveurs, trop de mélanges qui dénatures le produit principal. La carte des vins peut quantitative et deux vins médiocres au final La personne au service souriante et serviable. Je ne sais que dire car je pense qu’il y a un vrai cuisinier derrière les fourneaux
