Absolutely delighted! 🥰🥰 From aperitif to dessert, everything was excellent, with a special mention for the pigeon – an explosion of flavors in every bite. Not forgetting the superb wines that accompanied the meal. A huge congratulations to the Chef 👍 for this sumptuous meal and to the entire team 👍. I highly recommend the restaurant and we will be back soon.

What a fantastic experience we had in this restaurant! We came especially from Colmar and it definitely worthen the effort. At first our table was on a small two tables room, but we found it a bit cold, so we ask to relocate at another table, which was perfect for us. The stuff was truly understanding and helpful, as it was during all the time we stayed there. We went with a large menu and wine pairing; what a wise decision! The food was delicious, very nice platted and ingenious constructed. Blissful! The wines were great and the service excellent, both friendly and professional. Definitely a beautiful lunch at a top restaurant! We'll come back in the future.

A refined and intimate dining experience with impeccable service, great food and a calm atmosphere. Tables are nicely spaced for privacy. The 7-course menu with 5-wine pairing was fantastic. Loved it!

An exceptional meal and an unforgettable experience. My partner and I opted for the 11-course tasting menu. We were swept along by a journey of emotion, comfort, discovery, and pure pleasure. Nothing was left to chance; the meal unfolded with perfect timing. Each of the 11 courses was meticulously crafted, and each course left us with a touch of anxiety, apprehension that the rest might not live up to the same standard, that a single flaw might mar our memory of the evening. But no, there were no missteps; each moment of wonder was amplified by what followed. We watched the chef and his team at work throughout the evening, like an orchestra in perfect harmony. Our experience surpassed anything we have ever had in two-Michelin-starred restaurants. One message to the chef and the entire team: Bravo and thank you!
