Michael Wagner and Jérémy Page fully deserve their Michelin star. This evening, we enjoyed the 11-course tasting menu, accompanied by the classic wine pairing. Every dish was excellent and left nothing to be desired. The main course particularly impressed and truly won us over.
The wine pairing was of high quality and especially interesting, with beautiful, carefully chosen, and perfectly matched wines. On my next visit, however, I will definitely opt for the premium version. The sommelier this evening was knowledgeable and very attentive. Overall, this young team was friendly and pleasantly relaxed, without any stiffness. Exactly how I like it.

We had a wonderful meal with the kitchen team right in front of us. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with counter service from the chef. The dishes kept coming (like the bread and butter from Normandy 😅), with so much attention to detail and flavor… the service was friendly and attentive, yet professional.
That was our experience last night. We're returning to sausage country with our heads full of ideas and memories. That's what good food is all about: traveling to savor and create lasting memories. See you soon! 👋

A superb experience, the staff were very friendly and welcoming!
The dishes were divine, especially the chef's specialty (potatoes with caviar from Maison Nordique).

Absolutely delighted! 🥰🥰 From aperitif to dessert, everything was excellent, with a special mention for the pigeon – an explosion of flavors in every bite. Not forgetting the superb wines that accompanied the meal. A huge congratulations to the Chef 👍 for this sumptuous meal and to the entire team 👍. I highly recommend the restaurant and we will be back soon.

What a fantastic experience we had in this restaurant! We came especially from Colmar and it definitely worthen the effort. At first our table was on a small two tables room, but we found it a bit cold, so we ask to relocate at another table, which was perfect for us. The stuff was truly understanding and helpful, as it was during all the time we stayed there. We went with a large menu and wine pairing; what a wise decision! The food was delicious, very nice platted and ingenious constructed. Blissful! The wines were great and the service excellent, both friendly and professional. Definitely a beautiful lunch at a top restaurant! We'll come back in the future.
