Absolutely stellar lunch with my wife at the Chef’s table. Ordered the five course with the wine pairing and we received the 7 course by accident. It was lovely and we cannot wait to return.

Great restaurant, a discovery that didn't disappoint me for my 16th birthday! The only downside was the small portion sizes of drinks. But otherwise, well done!

An exceptional experience on the banks of the Ill River. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the elegance and refinement of the setting. The white-clothed tables, tastefully decorated, created a serene and very welcoming atmosphere. The exquisite cuisine completely charmed us. Every detail, from the delicate presentation of the amuse-bouches served in small bowls to the wine selection, testifies to remarkable expertise. We had an unforgettable time and will gladly return.

Attention vegetarian friends, the vegetarian option offered at the time of booking is simply a reorder of all the dishes without meat or fish, with nothing to compensate for the missing flavors (let alone vegan, it's not an option). Aside from that, it's excellent, including the wines, the service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy.

A truly wonderful experience at 1741, a Michelin-starred restaurant ideally located along the quays in Strasbourg, with the added bonus of a superb view of the cathedral. The restaurant is spread over several floors, each with a different ambiance, including the bar and the chef's table for a more immersive experience. French cuisine is crafted with refinement by Chef Jérémy Page, based on a surprise menu offered in 7, 9, or 11 courses. The concept is original: you know the ingredients that will be used, but not when or how they will be served. We chose the 11-course menu, a veritable culinary journey, as elegant as it was masterful. The ingredients were of exceptional quality, particularly the caviar and the beef fillet, presented on graphic, colorful plates, enhanced by perfectly chosen tableware. Cooking techniques, textures, flavors, balance: everything was perfect. Special mention goes to the desserts, original and truly memorable, an area where I am often more discerning. The service was professional and pleasant from start to finish. An exceptional place we will gladly return to.

I particularly appreciated the option of keeping the different courses a secret. It's quite an unusual experience, being pleasantly surprised from beginning to end of the meal. I share the opinions that wonder why the restaurant doesn't have two stars, given the culinary research using seasonal products and the incomparable quality of the beautifully presented dishes. And that bread! Incredible, it's worth the trip alone. Top-notch service and a relaxing atmosphere on the ground floor. Perhaps they could simply add a chocolate entree at the end, and it would be perfect. I'm delighted; it was truly a great success.

My wife and I were seated at the counter on the top floor of the restaurant, facing the kitchens. A flawless gastronomic experience. A very well-balanced menu, and a level of cuisine that, in our opinion, deserves two stars. We are ready to return to Strasbourg just to dine at this excellent establishment again.
