What can I say except that it was an incredible evening? The setting, the welcome, the service were excellent, and then the food—the juices, the broths, the textures, the flavors… Not a single flaw. We left with a flood of emotions in our mouths. It was more than excellent. The food and wine pairing was perfect. A huge thank you for your outstanding work!

The best restaurant in St. Nazaire, and even in the region! Excellent meal with the four-course menu on dinner January 7th. Refined, creative, and very flavorful dishes. Impeccable, attentive service. We'll be back as soon as a table is available! Bravo to the chef and his entire team! 👏👏

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated dining room, impeccable service, original cuisine with surprising combinations, good, although the sauce could be a little heavy. Excellent fish.

It's a very small restaurant where you have to book well in advance. But it's worth the trip. All the dishes were refined and very well presented, with original flavors. I highly recommend experiencing this restaurant. Thank you for treating our taste buds.
