I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time. It lived up to my expectations. Excellent service, meticulously prepared dishes with perfect balance. We tried the six-course tasting menu. All this for a very reasonable average price. (value for money) The only downside was that the plates were a bit impractical. Thank you for the experience, we will be back.

What can I say except that it was an incredible evening? The setting, the welcome, the service were excellent, and then the food—the juices, the broths, the textures, the flavors… Not a single flaw. We left with a flood of emotions in our mouths. It was more than excellent. The food and wine pairing was perfect. A huge thank you for your outstanding work!

The best restaurant in St. Nazaire, and even in the region! Excellent meal with the four-course menu on dinner January 7th. Refined, creative, and very flavorful dishes. Impeccable, attentive service. We'll be back as soon as a table is available! Bravo to the chef and his entire team! 👏👏
