L'Ardoise sur Saint-Nazaire

Excellent time in this beautiful restaurant which allowed us to have a very wonderful culinary experience! Camille and Baptiste know how to awaken our taste buds with passion and professionalism! A big thank you for their welcome and congratulations on this great project!

Magnificent discovery! Warm setting, you feel a bit like home, careful decoration, perfect service, flexibility and adaptability, gentleness, smile, beautiful explanations of dishes and wines. Pretty presentations, well-selected dishes for each food (butter dish, bread mats, water bottles, etc.). The servers are attentive and delicate. The food and wine pairing was perfect, Camille is passionate about wine, interesting exchange on this subject. The cuisine is gourmet, tasty without exaggerating in the mixtures of flavors. The chef plays with textures, colors, the cooking is wonderful and the juices too! We will come back!

We wanted to discover this restaurant, everything was perfect from the starter to the dessert, very refined dishes. Very good service and very warm welcome.

Superb experience at Topaze, everything was perfect for this beautiful meal: warm terrace at the end of the day, beautiful menu, beautiful platter, great service and of course excellent cuisine! I recommend without hesitation, in fact we will come back for my birthday, can't wait!

Very good cuisine, in a pleasant setting and attentive service. The more time passes, the more reputation the restaurant gains. So you have to be on the lookout to successfully book. But it's worth it especially since the menu changes very regularly to have seasonal products. I find it to be excellent value for money.

What more can I say than BRAVO, what a restaurant! It's for sure, it's the best in the region, very welcoming, the dishes are excellent, very good service, I didn't find any negative points, everything is perfect. We will return there with great pleasure. Bravo to everyone. See you soon 🥂
