Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the attentive service, and the understated, elegant, and intimate decor, which creates a particularly refined atmosphere. We chose the four-course Discovery menu: a truly flawless experience, from appetizer to dessert. I particularly appreciated the menu's concept, which reveals only one ingredient per course, allowing for a sense of surprise and the discovery of the chef's inspirations. Of course, dietary restrictions and intolerances are carefully inquired about when making the reservation and then confirmed when ordering. Each dish was as delicate as it was flavorful, simply divine. Even the smallest details were remarkable: the amuse-bouches, the bread, and the butter were absolutely delicious. The original and particularly interesting wine pairing perfectly enhanced the entire meal. A truly wonderful discovery, where everything is executed with finesse and creativity. I will return with great pleasure on my next visit to Saint-Nazaire!

You have to experience it; pictures can't do it justice. Excellent value for money, pleasant decor, and perfectly cooked food. No Michelin stars, and that's a good thing, but it's still worth it.
