A very nice restaurant, very well located in Angers. The cuisine is traditional and of a good standard. It's a shame that in a wine region, we weren't given any information about the wines (by the glass) served... The service was adequate but not up to the standard of the restaurant, its food, or its atmosphere... A pity...

I came with my family to eat at this restaurant and we all loved it. The staff were very attentive. There was just one small oversight, but it was corrected once mentioned. Thank you in advance, we will be back.

Absolutely fantastic, a great team with chefs who really connect with their customers! I highly recommend it! €45 for a starter, main course, and dessert with a drink, and the food was top-notch!

Excellent experience at L'Ardoise: very attentive and friendly service, delicious food, very spacious and attractive dining room. Absolutely fantastic! I loved the octopus. Plus, a round table! Wines a bit pricey.

07/12/2025: When we're in Angers, we love ending our evening at this pub. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming; we love it. We always leave with regret. But as they say, "To return, you have to leave." Thank you for your hospitality.

29/03/2026: A restaurant on the edge of old Angers. Delicious cuisine, beautifully presented. A set menu for €29 (starter + main course) or a set menu for €35 (starter + main course + dessert). Cassoulet is also available. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients showcased to their best advantage. Attentive and professional service. Cozy atmosphere.
04/03/2026: Kudos to the chef for this €22 set menu: everything was perfect from starter to dessert, a feast for the eyes and taste buds.
