Tasty cuisine in a pleasant setting, with excellent staff, I recommend. Just a little noisy, but so good!

This is the 2nd time we have lunch at l'Ardoise, it is a very good restaurant in the center of Angers, the chef is very friendly, we ate very well in a very pleasant setting. The presentation of the dishes is very well done and of course it is excellent, plus the wine list is very well stocked. In addition, the service was provided by a dynamic and very friendly waitress. In short, we can only recommend this establishment

A very good time in this restaurant in the city center. The staff was welcoming. We had the duck which was delicious with its accompaniment of small vegetables.

1st experience with Ardoise Angers, during a lunch in the sun on the terrace. Without fault for the welcome, the service and the meal. Starter, main course, dessert, everything was impeccable. Warmly welcomed by the team, we enjoyed a very pleasant moment on the terrace and were able to visit the interior room, very carefully fitted out and decorated. Place that can accommodate large tables. Practical but on the other hand it is very noisy. Service a little long. The dishes are generally good but the side dishes (fries or vegetables) are served in very small quantities. The desserts are good but we would have liked to have a choice of light and fruity desserts.

We hadn't been back since they moved! Always so satisfied with this establishment! We had a great time, impeccable service and a charming place. The bosses are available to their clients and employees. A real good time! We will come back 😊

Mixed opinion for my part. Foie gras served with a pickle? Like a common rabbit terrine? That said, he was very good. The octopus also delighted me with its originality. Very disappointed by the dessert on the other hand where I am still looking for the taste of pistachio and orange blossom Finally, there was an error on our bill where we were charged for 1 drink at 10 euros, never ordered. The problem is that the people next to us also suffered 1 billing error on drinks. There is potential, aspects to improve and in particular the dirty and worn carpet at the entrance which gives a bad image of the place
