This was my first time in France and this restaurant was so welcoming, I don't speak much French but the staff were wonderful, warm and very helpful. The food was amazing with flavoursome, large portions. I recommend to anyone going to Calais.

The food is OK, but we arrived at 1:00 p.m. and left at 3:35 p.m. even though we only had one main course and one dessert. 2h35 of service is not normal. We need to hire more kitchen staff

Nous sommes toujours super bien bien accueilli et toujours aussi bon. Les plats sont délicieux. Nous adorons y venir manger car le cadre est magnifique.

Excellent déjeuner en amoureux, plats très fins, cuisinés à la perfection, service impeccable! On reviendra sans hésitation la prochaine fois que nous serons dans le coin. Pour info, l’espadon version salade niçoise était super bon, et le merlu était cuisiné parfaitement avec ses petits spaghettis de courgettes, il fondait dans la bouche, une très belle découverte :)

08/11/2025: At 1 p.m., the daily special was gone... so I had to choose a steak or duck breast, which was much more expensive... the fries were greasy, the rump steak too fatty, and there was no salad or it was an extra charge... The dining room was noisy, and I didn't want to sit under the air conditioning, it was either too hot or too cold! It's really not worth the price unless you manage to get the daily special!
23/09/2025: Crazy! Extraordinary welcome connecting Monaco to Marseille. A Proustian break, a delicious, generous lunch like at home! The daughter and father go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, a warm interlude, go for it!
