We had a wonderful time with impeccable service and a passionate and engaging sommelier. She truly delighted us with her Côteaux du Bellet! As for the cuisine, from start to finish (the eight-course tasting menu), it was a discovery and an explosion of flavors. Bravo to the Chef and his team for their work. The cuisine showcases local produce and flavors with great skill. Without being extravagant, the dishes offer sometimes unexpected combinations that work perfectly. We were particularly impressed by the chef's deviled eggs, which we revisited that day with spinach, as well as the delicious walnut oil served at the table, which we didn't hesitate to buy on our way home. And let's not forget the chef's non-alcoholic aperitif made with rhubarb and pear, among other things—a delightful surprise. A truly wonderful experience that we wholeheartedly recommend.
