Having come to discover fine dining, we embarked on a gourmet "stroll" through five courses paired with complementary wines. From the perfect, understated, and professional welcome, we were attentively guided throughout the meal. The dishes were presented with finesse, creating a visually appealing experience. All of this was complemented by fine wines, recommended by a sommelier who offered excellent advice. The presentation of the dishes and the stories behind the wines were always interesting. The little extras (amuse-bouche, shortbread, pre-dessert) added to the indulgence of this menu. The restaurant's understated decor and soft music allowed us to fully appreciate this tasting experience. The chef's visit at the end of the meal was a lovely touch. The pros: the staff, the cuisine, the wines, the ambiance The cons: I can't think of any. Thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent service. Thank you to the sommelier for sharing her knowledge of the wines. Thank you to the chef for the delicious food we enjoyed. Looking forward to our next "stroll" or perhaps even a "leisurely walk."

The mirabelle plum dish is a beautiful illustration of the chef's creative spirit.
