L'Ardoise du Marché sur Boulleret

Excellent restaurant. Very pleasant restaurant with top-notch service without being overbearing, in a friendly atmosphere, with surprisingly tasty dishes.

An exceptional restaurant, everything was perfect from start to finish! The staff is charming, pleasant, and very professional; every bite of the dishes we savored was exquisite! The ambiance is refined without being stuffy, a true haven of tranquility. Special mention goes to the sommelier who captivated us.

Excellent time for the five of us, great food!

We discovered this place thanks to a gift. A feast for the eyes and the palate. Dishes elevated by the chef's talent. Waitresses who speak so eloquently about the food that even before tasting it, they are already wonderful. A sublime setting. An owner who helps out in the dining room and a chef who took the time to come and gather feedback from his guests. A meal worthy of a fairy tale. A slight disappointment with the sommelier who was surprised (judging by her expression) that we didn't order wine... and yes, we couldn't afford it. And when she offered water and I replied, "Just a little, please," I clearly offended her because she couldn't help but point it out when she came to serve us "just a little water," adding, "We shouldn't overdo it with the water." A small remark that I found inappropriate for this type of prestigious establishment, especially since even the owners remain down-to-earth in their manner. However, her wine knowledge is more than respectable and deserves recognition (we listened to her talk about the wines she was serving). It's undeniable, madam, you have real professional skills; however, regarding your interpersonal skills, perhaps you could reconsider the fact that you sometimes welcome people who aren't from high society and who are simply themselves. But most importantly, this magnificent and unforgettable moment was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Médard, and thank you to the two other people who served us.

A calm and pleasant dining room. Comfortable seating. Original and delicious dishes with refined presentation. Friendly staff, excellent service 🤗

A truly wonderful discovery! Our taste buds were in heaven. The cuisine was breathtaking in its finesse and its showcasing of local produce. A beautiful, refined place where you feel welcomed like a friend. Lovely tableware. Service that matched the quality of the meal. Thank you for this marvelous culinary journey.

As always, a true delight for the eyes and the taste buds! The entire team is incredibly kind and attentive to every table! Looking forward to seeing you again!

We had a wonderful time with impeccable service and a passionate and engaging sommelier. She truly delighted us with her Côteaux du Bellet! As for the cuisine, from start to finish (the eight-course tasting menu), it was a discovery and an explosion of flavors. Bravo to the Chef and his team for their work. Thank you to Mr. Ménard for taking the time to share his story with us. We will certainly be back very soon.

Sublime, with flavors that are as surprising as ever. Thank you.

A perfect tasting experience, thank you for this enjoyable meal.
