A remarkable meal from start to finish. Charming, welcoming, and attentive staff. Inspired cuisine that showcases local ingredients. The carrot dessert, a true chef's creation, was worth the trip alone. A chef who was present and engaged. We were seated at a superb table overlooking the kitchens. A truly wonderful experience.

Pleasantly surprised by the interior of the establishment, which is completely hidden from view from the outside. The cuisine is inventive. Bravo to the chef! The staff is attentive. Everything is perfect. A little pricey for ordinary people, but quality comes at a price. We had an excellent day. We told our friends and family all about it. It remains a wonderful memory. A wonderful discovery! For my partner's birthday on Friday evening, we found a Michelin-starred restaurant that was not to be missed. The welcome, service, and ambiance were all perfect, not to mention the dishes prepared by the chef and the exceptional menu with non-alcoholic drinks (for my partner). A very pleasant evening, privacy was perfectly possible and respected. The table setting was understated. The presentation of the dishes was refined and very much appreciated. I had some reservations about the fish and meat dishes. Given the establishment, the napkins appeared worn and tired.
