I told the owner I'd compare his lamb shank to the one I'd had the day before at La Belle Idée. He didn't ask for my verdict in the end. Here it is: The gratin dauphinois was indeed better, although somewhat unstructured. However, the lamb shank was less generous, less creamy, and less melt-in-your-mouth; it turned out to be drier. Which didn't stop me from finishing the plate.

Absolutely amazing! Ideally located in the heart of Grenoble. A warm and friendly welcome. The food is consistently excellent. A varied menu with something for everyone. The dishes are both delicious and generous. The service is quick and attentive. We had a fantastic time at a very reasonable price. Thank you to the kitchen and staff for this wonderful experience. 30/04/2026: A wonderful meal, quite simply. We had a very pleasant and relaxing evening. The menu is small, but the dishes themselves are varied. The food is excellent. The cooking style is traditional in terms of preparation and presentation, but each dish has its own little surprise touch of delicacy, freshness, or intensity. Everything is very, very well executed. I was surprised by the number of tables, comparable to a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was friendly and the advice was very much appreciated. Excellent value for money. You eat truly refined, subtle cuisine that invites you to savor it, and the portions are well-balanced, all for the price of a "chef's special" at a good restaurant in Grenoble. I recommend it 100%.

19/05/2026: Welcoming and professional staff. Beautiful, renovated, and well-equipped room. Parking with direct access to the hotel. Very good restaurant.
14/05/2026: Great for the fairgrounds and train station! Parking under the hotel and a brasserie with an excellent menu (additional cost). Very generous breakfast. Highly recommended.
