We stopped by chance for a break on our journey... a very pleasant surprise. Everything was excellent: the service, the food, the overall atmosphere. We tried the "brasserie" side of things; we'll come back when we have more time to try the "restaurant" side.

Arriving at the same time as a tour bus, we were worried we wouldn't receive good service or that it would be very slow. In fact, everything went smoothly, we received a very warm welcome, and the meal was excellent, served in a lovely setting.
Well done to the whole team!
I highly recommend it...

Very good cuisine, lovely presentation. The only problem is that if they don't show you the menu board, ask for it because we only have the menu (prices a bit high). But once I noticed the problem, they corrected it without any problem.
However, if the order had been placed 10 minutes earlier...

Dinner on August 15, 2026. Sea bass was offered on the menu but replaced with meagre, which was much cheaper, yet the bill was the same price as the sea bass. Then, the overcooked duck was noticed by the waiter when bringing the plate, but he didn't say anything, and the purple carrots were undercooked. It's a shame because the setting is lovely, but you can't eat with the decor.

We had a wonderful lunch at L'Argentière.
The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, the presentation of the dishes was imaginative, and the service was attentive. An important point: the air conditioning was efficient and discreet inside.

A very nice starter, fresh and delicious. The fish dish was well-cooked and flavorful, but not spicy enough for my taste and there wasn't enough garnish (1/8 of a zucchini was undercooked and there were only 8 peas). The dessert was inedible: savory and chocolate mousse in 30-degree heat. Strawberry soup or ice cream would have been much better. So, mixed feelings.
