I regularly visit this restaurant for one reason: the owner, who is a genius unlike any I have ever met. Kind, generous and good-natured, he doesn't care about profit and only wants you to discover the particularities of Syrian cuisine and eat well. It made me rediscover the interpersonal skills that are so lacking in all other franchised establishments today.
