L'Arnsbourg sur Baerenthal

We stayed at the hotel and dined at the restaurant this weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely grounds. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. The reception staff and the two ladies serving breakfast were extremely kind and attentive. As for the restaurant, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the Chef for the quality of the dishes, the new flavors, and this excellent culinary experience.

There are countless restaurants in the world, and I've been fortunate enough to visit many of them personally, including numerous three-Michelin-starred establishments, particularly in Paris. Nevertheless, I must state unequivocally: this restaurant is among the very best I have ever experienced. We were traveling as a group and even had a baby with us. Despite this additional challenge, we were served with complete ease, attentiveness, and warmth. The service was not only professional but also genuinely human, something you don't always find even in top restaurants. The chef and his wife run this establishment with palpable passion and true dedication. You can tell in every detail that their heart and soul are at work here. These rare places still exist, where culinary excellence, hospitality, and atmosphere merge into a touch of magic. For me, Restaurant Arnsburg is precisely such a place and undoubtedly one of the highlights of my culinary travels.

We were @ L‘Arnbourg last year and I have to confirm: It is even better now! For us definetly „1 ⭐️ Michelin“ level. Also the service team is very kind, attentive and very professional - „King‘s Man“ style (very discreet). The hotel is worth it to mention. Nice interior, very spacious, fantastic view to the forest and a professional team. Thanks for the nice 2 days/nights! We‘ll come again soon…😊

A magical place in a romantic setting, a magnificent hotel, the rooms are beautiful with exquisite decor, breakfast is a true delight, the restaurant is very elegant with equally delicious dishes from aperitif to dessert. The staff is very professional and attentive. We have already stayed several times and we will return with the greatest pleasure!

This is my second visit to this restaurant. I came for dinner with friends last December, and this time for lunch. The food is still good quality and the setting is pleasant. However, the service can sometimes seem a little reserved, even though some of the waitresses were very friendly. Overall, the experience remains positive.

We had a wonderful evening at I'Arnsbourg. The food was excellent, with a good selection of wines and champagnes recommended by the sommelier, who was happy to suggest specific wines to complement each course upon request. The courses were beautifully presented and described. Of course, a complimentary amuse-bouche was also included. From beginning to end, it was a truly excellent experience. For those who are undecided: The staff speaks German, English, and, of course, French.

Excellent, inventive cuisine, beautifully presented and generous portions: this "seniors'" menu is perfect! The service is on par with the food. Personally, I would have toned down the decor of the dining room, which was a bit mismatched for my taste, but that's just a minor detail compared to the rest! Well done and thank you for this lovely time spent just an hour from Strasbourg.

A magnificent restaurant with a warm and refined atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive. And the food is truly excellent.

As we were shown to our table in a very pleasant atmosphere, the restaurant impresses with its large windows that offer panoramic views of the surrounding forest. Since our French isn't perfect, we received the menu in German and opted for the five-course meal. We were surprised with each beautifully presented creation and exquisite culinary delight. It was a wonderful lunch. Our little pug was also welcome, much to our delight. Restaurant Arnsburg is definitely worth a visit.
