We were here again just before Christmas after a ten year break due to the Koch departure. To put it bluntly, we were absolutely thrilled again. The location is of course fantastic, especially the huge veranda with a view of the beautiful park. The decoration is also fantastic and the service is “impeccable” - friendly, attentive and very professional. (Perhaps it should also be mentioned that the service staff also speak German very well 😊.) Above all, of course, we come for the food. And that was wonderful. Greetings from the kitchen, starters, entrees and of course the main courses - very original, perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. My personal highlight was the fish with fennel. Fennel isn't actually one of my favorite dishes, but this definitely is. We will definitely be back, thank you for the wonderful day.

We had the pleasure of testing the hotel and the restaurant over 2 nights. Both are perfect. Excellent attentive and friendly welcome. Hotel in the middle of a green setting, quiet, the room, a junior suite, was spacious, very well appointed with superb bathtub and shower, large clean bay windows. The breakfasts, which we had in the room, were very generous and excellent. Fresh and tasty products. Friendly service, smiling and respectful of schedules. As for the restaurant, we couldn't help but return there the next day. Attentive service, very pleasant setting, dishes (7-course menu then 5-course the next day) excellent and different between the 2 dinners. Seasonal products cooked with great finesse. We were delighted with our stay. Many thanks.

A great time spent, in an incredible setting!

Dinner and night at the hotel, everything was perfect! The very attentive welcome, the level of finish, the materials, the layout of the hotel is of high quality (it is hard to believe that it dates from 2006). The 6-course menu is beautifully crafted, with an incredible wine list and a very beautiful room. And to finish, a delicious breakfast..... Too bad we have to leave again...

Wonderful setting in the middle of the forest. Warm welcome. Comfortable and practical rooms and suites with sliding panels. Small special mention for the two-seater bathtub. Wonderful restaurant. Definitely deserves a second Michelin star very soon.

Pour un repas de famille, à l'occasion d'un anniversaire, nous avons opté pour l' Arnsbourg et le repas "partition" sur mesure 5 plats. Quel plaisir pour toute le table! Tout était exquis, des plats excellement composés, aux gouts subtils et très bien présentés: un vrai régal pour les yeux et la bouche. Le service était parfait, souriant et bien orchestré; aucune attente entre les nombreux plats. Les vins proposés au verre ont été appréciés. On peut imaginer tout le travail qu'il y a derrière chaque présentation. La touche finale pour le café et les friandises au salon a été remarquable. L'étoile michelin est largement reconnue et méritée. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous aurons l'occasion de revenir.
