The service was attentive, seamless, and highly professional, without ever feeling stuffy, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. A huge thank you also to the sommelier, whose recommendations were spot-on: he perfectly guided us in our choices and enhanced the culinary experience. As for the food, we were delighted by the finesse of the dishes, the creativity of the flavor combinations, and the perfect balance of tastes. Each plate is a true work of art. Finally, the setting is simply exceptional: the view of the surrounding forest creates a soothing and almost magical atmosphere, perfectly complementing the gastronomic experience. In short, we loved it from beginning to end: an exceptional meal, impeccable service, and an unforgettable setting.

A truly beautiful table with a magnificent "Intuition" menu featuring seven courses and a perfect pairing with three glasses of wine. A minor drawback was the aperitif, with a limited selection and no champagne included in the set menu, only crémant (I know we're near Alsace, but a good champagne would have been appreciated to celebrate a birthday). Attentive and relaxed service. And to finish, excellent homemade chocolate truffles.
