Over 600 km drive and I've been coming here for 27 years – any questions? Throughout all these years and all the changes, the quality has been fantastic, the service outstanding, and the ambiance wonderful! The "downgrade" from three to one star has actually done the restaurant good: solid, but not boring, courses, good value for money, professional yet relaxed service, and a good wine selection at reasonable prices: that's what Michelin-starred cuisine should be! (Greetings to Berlin: a spartan ambiance, fermented food, and dozens of waiters don't automatically make for good cuisine – why not take an educational trip to beautiful Alsace!) Always a pleasure! Highly recommended!

L'Arnsbourg — A star that deserves so much more. My partner and I have returned for the fourth time, and the pleasure is still just as strong, even growing. The setting is magnificent, and the service from the waiters and sommeliers is genuinely attentive and refined. The menu is remarkably elegant and flavorful, crafted with care and generosity. Each visit is a true culinary journey, both on the plate and in the glass, with the food and wine pairings always offering delightful discoveries. A magical moment, every time. I highly recommend it.

I always enjoy coming back to l'Arnsbourg. The food and service are excellent. I can always go there with friends and know that the atmosphere will be great. This has been the case for many years.

We stayed at the hotel and dined at the restaurant this weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely grounds. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. The reception staff and the two ladies serving breakfast were extremely kind and attentive. As for the restaurant, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the Chef for the quality of the dishes, the new flavors, and this excellent culinary experience.

There are countless restaurants in the world, and I've been fortunate enough to visit many of them personally, including numerous three-Michelin-starred establishments, particularly in Paris. Nevertheless, I must state unequivocally: this restaurant is among the very best I have ever experienced. We were traveling as a group and even had a baby with us. Despite this additional challenge, we were served with complete ease, attentiveness, and warmth. The service was not only professional but also genuinely human, something you don't always find even in top restaurants. The chef and his wife run this establishment with palpable passion and true dedication. You can tell in every detail that their heart and soul are at work here. These rare places still exist, where culinary excellence, hospitality, and atmosphere merge into a touch of magic. For me, Restaurant Arnsburg is precisely such a place and undoubtedly one of the highlights of my culinary travels.

We were @ L‘Arnbourg last year and I have to confirm: It is even better now! For us definetly „1 ⭐️ Michelin“ level. Also the service team is very kind, attentive and very professional - „King‘s Man“ style (very discreet). The hotel is worth it to mention. Nice interior, very spacious, fantastic view to the forest and a professional team. Thanks for the nice 2 days/nights! We‘ll come again soon…😊

A magical place in a romantic setting, a magnificent hotel, the rooms are beautiful with exquisite decor, breakfast is a true delight, the restaurant is very elegant with equally delicious dishes from aperitif to dessert. The staff is very professional and attentive. We have already stayed several times and we will return with the greatest pleasure!

A beautiful restaurant surrounded by greenery. Very professional service. I enjoyed the menu, although some dishes were more interesting than others. I recommend trying it.

This is my second visit to this restaurant. I came for dinner with friends last December, and this time for lunch. The food is still good quality and the setting is pleasant. However, the service can sometimes seem a little reserved, even though some of the waitresses were very friendly. Overall, the experience remains positive.
