We recently visited L’Arôme and had a wonderful time from beginning to end. The setting is truly delightful: the restaurant is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with a charming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, it was delicious. The recipes are original, flavorful, and well-executed, and above all, the portions are very generous, which is much appreciated for this type of cuisine. You can tell there's real thought and effort put into the dishes, while still maintaining a friendly and approachable feel. The prices are also very reasonable, especially with the set menus that allow you to indulge in some truly excellent recipes. A big thank you to the team as well: on the day of our visit, we could tell they were extremely busy, but they provided excellent service with great kindness, professionalism, and responsiveness. They clearly went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time, and frankly, that deserves to be highlighted. A truly wonderful place in Forges-les-Bains, which I highly recommend. We will gladly return!

Recently changed ownership. High-quality cuisine. The fish and meat were cooked beautifully, the sanitation was impeccable, and the sea bream ceviche was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A truly delightful discovery, both for the location and the food and staff. The menu changes seasonally, according to what's available, and there isn't an endless list of dishes. Everything is fresh and delicious, and the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. We came without our daughter and can't wait to come back and treat her. We had a wonderful time with a young and dynamic team. Being quite demanding, being the daughter of a restaurateur, among other things, I highly recommend this lovely establishment in a hidden gem.
