A truly wonderful discovery from start to finish! We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant, which is definitely worth discovering. Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, impeccable service, delicious food, and an absolutely stunning setting. As for the food, it was a real treat! I started with the semi-cooked foie gras, which was excellent, followed by a perfectly cooked sea bass fillet, before finishing with the dessert of the day, an absolutely divine fig Tatin tart. 😍 My husband chose the shrimp casserole, then the leg of lamb, and finally the Mont Blanc: again, everything was delicious. My mother had the turbot fillet, which was also perfectly prepared. We dined inside, and I was completely charmed by the decor: every detail is beautiful and carefully considered, creating an atmosphere that is chic, elegant, and welcoming. The service was perfect throughout the meal, attentive and very pleasant. A place where you eat exceptionally well and feel completely at ease. We'll be back with great pleasure! ❤️

A wonderful discovery in Balaruc! We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed the lovely terrace. The setting was very peaceful and elegant. We chose the €29 set menu (starter, main course, and dessert): beautifully presented dishes, carefully prepared and delicious, with real attention to detail. An excellent experience, both in terms of the food and the ambiance. We highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!
