A very warm welcome, a precise description of the dishes served, an anthology of flavors, surprising but brilliant presentations (the virtual beetroot mousse on gratinated oysters, the smoking box containing a subtle chocolate cigar and its ashes) but talking about it is complicated, you have to experience it to fully appreciate it.
