A warm welcome. The food is so good! Not to mention the unbeatable value for money. Thank you for this experience.

A lovely establishment, the dishes are well presented. However, they don't match the menu description! My clams were replaced with sea snails, and the sweetbread puff pastry must have been reheated in the microwave just before being served. The rum baba was a bit dry, and the Occitan ice cream sundae consisted of three scoops of ice cream with runny caramel... the apricots and zezette must have stayed in the kitchen. The waiter told me that was what I ordered. A bit of a shame.

A very beautiful place in Balaruc

Simply perfect. An elegant and warm welcome, the setting is truly lovely (completely unexpected from the street). We've been going there since the new owner took over; it suffered from an old-fashioned image due to the previous owner. It's now the complete opposite! Fine dining without a Michelin star... A must-try.

There are restaurants where you simply eat… and others where you have an experience you'll remember for a long time. Each dish is crafted with a precision and elegance worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The flavors are spot-on, refined, and full of surprises (especially when you ask the chef). But what makes this place even cooler is that the prices remain incredibly affordable for such quality. A true rarity these days! You leave as impressed by the experience as by the bill. And what about the service…? An attentive, warm, professional, and smiling team. You feel expected, valued, almost privileged. A huge congratulations to the chef and the entire team. Frankly, the food here is worthy of a 3-star restaurant, with the added elegance of the service and prices that make you want to come back again and again. A precious, genuine, and deeply memorable address.

Excellent value for money, beautifully presented and with a generous portion! Our duck breast was delicious and a very good size; we'll be back next year.

The restaurant's zen-like setting immediately invites relaxation and almost meditation. The ambiance is soothing, refined, and perfectly suited for a pleasant experience. The dishes are excellent, both flavorful and sophisticated, with beautiful flavor combinations and meticulous presentation. The staff is attentive when needed, without being intrusive, and always very friendly. A truly wonderful experience that I gladly recommend.
