I admit the warm Provençal salad was good.
The prawns were great.
Actually, the potatoes were cooked perfectly.
But you don't wear rubber boots with a mini skirt.
This art of perfecting flavors and colors needs a serious overhaul.
Here, there was nothing artistic about it.
What a shame.

My wife and I ate at the restaurant one evening in August. It was quite busy, but we got one of the last tables outside. We were greeted by the owner. The service was friendly and attentive. Both dishes (pasta and gratinated veal schnitzel) arrived quickly and were tasty overall. However, the pasta sauce could have used a bit more salt. The lack of salt wasn't so noticeable in the veal schnitzel because of the cheese, but the ratatouille could have used a little more. The portion of veal schnitzel was very generous, by the way—enough for a big appetite. The house wine was decent and not too dry.

The best food I've ever had in France. Fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and very generous portions.
All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to explain everything to me in English, given my limited French.
The restaurant is very charming and cozy.
My conclusion... I'll definitely be back!

First time I've had such good pie parcels! I asked for pasta instead of potatoes, no problem at all, and they were served with a smile. 😋👍

Great restaurant! The setting outside on the street is fantastic; you can see the city without being stuck on a busy street. There was plenty of space and a pleasant atmosphere.
The waitresses were very kind and friendly. There were lots of menu options, and it was easy to request changes if needed. Especially helpful for vegetarians; we ordered a salad without the ham, and they immediately offered us extra fries to compensate.
The portions could have been a bit larger.

The 4.1-star rating is baffling. We've rarely eaten so well. The service was very attentive and friendly, and English was no problem, even with regional recommendations and changes to our order.
The portions are generous, making the value for money excellent. We were disappointed that our stomachs could only hold so much. We couldn't have asked for a better end to our holiday.
