It was a real surprise, an exceptional experience from start to finish. The dishes were bursting with flavor, where salt and sugar didn't need to be used as flavor enhancers, as the taste exploded in the mouth. After the refreshing cappuccino-style gazpacho with mozzarella, the beef chimicurri reminded us that our taste buds were definitely engaged, as the explosion of flavor transported us to another world. The dessert with its various ganaches was a model of freshness and finesse—in short, a delight. The coffee to finish was excellent. Thank you.
