Best owls in Nantes and great pastries!

Good pastries. Their chocolate mille-feuille is amazing, as are the raspberry macarons. Their bread is also good. But the atmosphere and service are terrible. All the saleswomen look exhausted (no wonder, no air conditioning). The heat is unbearable. Not a single smile. What a shame! Best of luck to them.

The shop is well located in the Eraudière district. I stopped by to buy a sandwich, and there was still a good selection after 1 p.m. (perhaps normal for early August). There were at least three people serving, so they must be busy during peak hours. Good point: the dedicated lunch queue. Area for improvement: the lunch menu sign isn't very visible unless it's displayed in a second location, which I didn't see.

Wow! The cookie flan was incredible! The eggplant and fresh goat cheese sandwich was wonderful! I stumbled upon this bakery by chance, and I'll definitely be back!

Excellent bakery and pastry shop, I haven't found better in Nantes! The service is top-notch, the products are made on-site and it shows. A real bakery like we love and that's hard to find these days.

For our first visit to buy several pastries, they were quite good. I also got a bag of mixed-flavor marshmallows; they were soft, but unfortunately too sweet for me. They would be so much better with less sugar. I'd love to order a few more bags, but with a less sweet recipe.

Your pastries and viennoiseries are very good. We just bought a package of your Melting Marshmallows, which were well-made but far too sweet (well over the advertised 8g). We will buy them again if the maker reduces the sugar content. Thank you in advance!

A little disappointed because I paid for a cookie flan and got a regular flan 😅... and the price isn't the same, it's disappointing when you realize the person made a mistake 🙈

Excellent bakery ideally located in Nantes, where I come very regularly. The selection is wide, including breads, pastries, viennoiseries, and sandwiches. The Norwegian bread and the multigrain bread are particularly good. The pastries are varied, original, and delicious, with very reasonable prices. The plain flan is a real treat. However, on one of my recent visits, the Nantes cake was too soaked in rum. The sandwiches are also very good. Be aware that if you order olive oil, the portion is quite generous. The staff is generally very friendly and efficient, which is especially appreciated when it's busy.

I got some croissants and pain au chocolat there, they were great and the baker was very friendly. Thank you!
