L'Ascalier sur Brou

Wedding anniversary and a craving for sweetbreads. It was on the menu, perfect. The welcome was warm and friendly. We had a reservation. We ordered an aperitif and our set menus. We had time to finish our drinks when the starters arrived. Cockles and mussels in cauliflower sauce, then sweetbreads with bacon, accompanied by coconut and other vegetables. A real treat! Then red berries and melon infused with verbena, served in a glass with sparkling wine. Good service, no wait, excellent meal.
