This is a truly wonderful restaurant that we highly recommend. A superb discovery!
Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the sophisticated dishes, the high-quality ingredients, the expertly cooked and seasoned ingredients—a wonderful experience in five different courses. I opted for the wine pairing and let the sommelier guide me; she was a true expert. In short, I highly recommend it. Keep up the good work, don't change a thing, and congratulations to the three of you!

A menu of great finesse, an incredible amount of work, a truly Japanese delicacy with balanced, distinct flavors, varied textures, perfect pacing… not a single false note. Even the price, while admittedly higher than a bad pizza, is very reasonable and justified. Bravo!

We particularly enjoyed the dinner menu prepared by Chef Kimura, whom we discovered a few years ago when he was still working at "Les Bons Enfants" in St. Julien du Sault. The Fajimata egg in a meurette sauce was a marvel of finesse and will stay with me for a long time. The wines, all Burgundian, perfectly complemented the dishes; don't hesitate to try them! A masterful culinary experience combined with excellent service, all aimed at ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We will definitely be back.
