L'Assiette Champenoise sur Tinqueux

Probably one of the most beautiful hotels (and room) we have stayed in. Welcomed in the hotel and spacious room with a cake and pastry and been showed around the hotel by the staff! Two small, personal remarks, I’m not a fan of sensor lighting as going to the restroom in the middle of the night I don’t need all the lights waking me up while going to the toilet. And we were missing a Bluetooth speaker in the room to play some music. The bartender that day wasn’t the best service, ofcourse expecting it to be spot on for a hotel this level. He could also just have had a bad day as it was more a more cold and uninterested vibe he was having. The diner that night was excellent! So many staff walking around but everything flawless. Original flavors and textures of ingredients which were very nice discoveries ! Ofcourse the signature dish was to die for. I’d only suggest to some of the staff to talk a little bit louder as it was sometimes hard to understand when explaining the dishes. The breakfast the next day was delicious!! It just kept coming, hard to say no as I wanted to try it all!! Impeccable service and both sweet and savory parts were super! Congratulations!

Wow, what a place! We went for our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The room, service and of course the restaurant were all exceptional! I must also the incredible breakfast!!

An exceptional experience at L’Assiette Champenoise. We celebrated a family birthday there, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Beyond the exquisitely prepared cuisine, we were particularly touched by the warm welcome and the attention to every detail. There's a real sense of elegance, without any pretension. It's also one of the rare establishments of this caliber where everyone is welcomed with the same warmth, regardless of their status or means. Here, what truly matters is the person and the shared experience. Thank you to Chef Arnaud Lallement, Brice Lallement, and the entire team for their kindness. A truly exceptional place, which I highly recommend.
