11/06/2026: A great place to stay, easy access of the autoroute. Plenty of parking. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dog friendly including the bar and restaurant areas. Very clean, spacious bedrooms. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Good range of menu choice in restaurant and at breakfast bar. Nice outdoor pool. I can't fault this hotel I always enjoy staying here.
06/06/2026: On a business trip, I spent two nights at this hotel.
The welcome, service, cleanliness, and overall quality of service were top-notch.

You'll eat ten times better here than at some restaurants that charge more while offering subpar service. From the service to the food, everything was excellent. I would gladly return!
12/07/2026: Fantastic restaurant, 100% homemade cuisine, the owners are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant, but remember to book in advance as it's often full.

23/04/2026: Probably one of the most beautiful hotels (and room) we have stayed in. Welcomed in the hotel and spacious room with a cake and pastry and been showed around the hotel by the staff!
Two small, personal remarks, I’m not a fan of sensor lighting as going to the restroom in the middle of the night I don’t need all the lights waking me up while going to the toilet. And we were missing a Bluetooth speaker in the room to play some music.
The bartender that day wasn’t the best service, ofcourse expecting it to be spot on for a hotel this level. He could also just have had a bad day as it was more a more cold and uninterested vibe he was having.
The diner that night was excellent! So many staff walking around but everything flawless.
Original flavors and textures of ingredients which were very nice discoveries ! Ofcourse the signature dish was to die for.
I’d only suggest to some of the staff to talk a little bit louder as it was sometimes hard to understand when explaining the dishes.
The breakfast the next day was delicious!! It just kept coming, hard to say no as I wanted to try it all!! Impeccable service and both sweet and savory parts were super! Congratulations!
30/03/2026: Wow, what a place! We went for our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The room, service and of course the restaurant were all exceptional! I must also the incredible breakfast!!

19/07/2026: Lots of product choices, attractive bundle offers, but inconsistent product quality. One day the bread is great, the next it's just okay... The free pie perk on my birthday seems to have been discontinued, as I didn't receive it this year 🤷

30/07/2026: Nice restaurant (lovely decor) and relatively good food, but the fries were served burnt... they weren't good. I had to leave them and mentioned it to the waitress, who told me it was difficult to get good potatoes at this time of year... perhaps she could have served a different side dish in that case. It was also a shame about the dust on the tables and glasses; we wiped them off, but the Coke glass (original design, by the way) had way too much dust. I asked for it to be replaced, which they did.

19/08/2026: A large asian buffet restaurant for 22.90 euro. In addition to the large range of precooked foods there is a wok and grill station, choose from a wide range of seafood inc large tiger prawns, shells, razor clams, fish, steak etc and get it cooked to order with tour choice of 5 sauces.
Drinks are reasonable price and theres a large dessert selection.
Food quality varies and the food isnt very hot but it is absolutely good value.
Atmosphere scored down due to toddlers allowed to run around by their parents... not strictly the resraurants fault.
Some staff exceptional, others just fine.
A handy place to stay when stopping at one of the range of nearby hotels.

29/12/2023: Très déçue! Les beepers qui ne sonnent pas, le gars à la grillade qui ne sait pas ce qu'il fait. Nous avons attendus 25 minutes pour des steaks hachés... et une côte de porc qui était complétement froide. Il y avait très peu de clients. Je l'ai ramenée pour en demander une autre et l'homme au grillades et son collègue à côté se sont moqués de moi ouvertement au lieu de s'excuser! Qualité de la nourriture très bof. En bref, n'allez pas au flunch, il y a Crescendo à Leclercl comme cafétéria pas loin qui est mieux, nourriture, propreté et surtout au niveau du personnel! Visité le 28 Décembre pour dinner.
27/12/2023: Tout était parfait, restaurant accueillant, personnel très aimable et souriant et cuisine excellente. Plus de 10 ans que je n'étais pas allée dans un fluch et je ne regrette pas 😁 Seul bémol les toilettes pas très propres... On reviendra ☺️

16/07/2024: J ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel qui est un bon rapport qualité prix l accueil est agréable les chambres sont fonctionnelles et propres
Il y a une route derrière ce est à l entree de une zone industrielle mais la nuit ça va
Le devant de la hôtel aurait peut être besoin d un rafraîchissement
Le petit déjeuner est correct
Ç est un bon hôtel pour y passer une nuit ou 2 et qui est très proche de Reims
16/06/2024: We needed a stop off whilst heading north to Calais. Found hotel easily enough, big car park, quick check in with a friendly welcome.
We were pleasantly suprised to be offered the opportunity to park our motorbikes inside... Dry and safer!
The rooms are basic but very clean, lots of hot water for the shower, and the rooms were quiet... So a good night's sleep had by all.
Good on site bar for the evening, and a wide range of food and drinks in the morning. Lots of restaurants in easy walking distance from the hotel. appreciated, and ensured a 5*.

On nous emmène à notre table, sol tout collant.
A chaque plat commandé on nous annonce rupture, rupture etc !!!
La cuisine et les plats sont fade, heureusement dessert à relever le niveau,
bref je n’y retournerai pas.
17/07/2024: Repas en famille pitoyable !
Service pitoyable cuisson non respectée et avant de reprendre le plat en cuisine la serveuse tente de nous dire mais si c’est saignant c’est rouge alors que c’est plus que bien cuit! Pas l’accompagnement annoncé et demandé.
Un repas en famille où tout le monde mange en décalé !!
Service long , tout est long …
Bref à fuir !

22/01/2026: For the past three years, I've had lunch every month with a friend at the Novotel Prado restaurant. For the last two months, we've been disappointed because the daily special is excessively salty. It's actually quite bad.
Salt isn't something you should overindulge in.
I don't understand why they persist, especially since everyone else in the restaurant has complained about it. Next time, we'll definitely eat at a competitor's restaurant.
It's a real shame.
