Excellent restaurant in Palavas-les-Flots.
The cuisine is very refined (the fish and red mullet soup with eggplant caviar and grilled polenta was a pure delight).
I highly recommend it.
And the service was excellent.

We arrived at 9:45 PM thinking we were too late, but no, we were warmly welcomed and we ate very well; I came for a seafood sauerkraut and I was not disappointed.

We ate twice at this restaurant by the canal.
We received a warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our meals both times.
We opted for the €30 set menu, which was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. It included fresh mango, avocado, and shrimp, grilled swordfish, a medley of peppers, and a red berry panna cotta.
The second time, we savored a delicious seafood sauerkraut, beautifully presented and generously portioned. We had trouble finishing it; it was excellent. (We arrived at 10 pm.)
A special mention for the sangria—the best I've ever had! ☺️ A very special thank you to the lovely waitress, who was always smiling and very efficient.

We visited on August 25th, almost at the end of the season, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The seafood platter was more than adequate, with good presentation and excellent hygiene.

A very nice restaurant. I've been twice, but it's inconceivable to order a seafood platter for €175 and be served aioli made with canned mayonnaise... so this is the last time I'll be coming, sorry...

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant.
The view of the Palavas harbor entrance was lovely.
The swordfish was excellent.
