L'Assiette Provençale sur La Ciotat

We were really looking forward to trying France's delicious baguettes in La Ciotat. It wasn't until the end of our visit, at the fourth bakery, that we finally found what we were looking for: crispy and delicious. We can also highly recommend the croissants and apple chaussures. The owner was always very friendly and cheerful. When I asked for a recommendation for a charcuterie, a discussion with another customer in the shop ensued. First, they consulted amongst themselves, and then, with great enthusiasm, they sent me on my way. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and the excellent recommendation.

I only tried one baguette but it really wasn't very good.
