Christmas 2025: Duck trilogy with exceptional homemade foie gras! Impressive quality and quantity of sweetbreads. The cheese platter is always varied and plentiful. We have been going to this restaurant for several years and are never disappointed. It truly deserves its success.

Discovering the Saltoise platter one Sunday lunchtime during our weekend in the region. We came to try the calf's head with gribiche sauce, and it was absolutely wonderful. A dish completely different from what we know in the Charolais region. We highly recommend it. We chose the Saltois menu and the regional menu. The cuisine was high-quality and delicious. The service was impeccable. We had the pleasure of chatting with the chef, who was very friendly. Don't hesitate to stop by; you won't be disappointed.

Very nice setting, fast service, excellent meal, everything is homemade and there is no doubt about it, the flavors are there and the dishes are generous. Happy to have spoken with Claude, manager and cook, passionate about local products and good cuisine.
