What a wonderful discovery this magnificent place is... a terrace under a beautiful pergola. The owner and his entire team are more than competent. The young woman who served us throughout the meal was very professional, and her smile was a real bonus. Bravo to this wonderful team! The setting is magnificent, especially the shaded terrace.
The local cuisine is exceptional (a rarity these days), and of high quality.
We were welcomed in a friendly and warm atmosphere… we didn't hesitate to linger on the terrace even after finishing our meal. I highly recommend a visit to Salt-en-Donzy; it's a must.

What a wonderful discovery! We booked based on other reviews and we weren't disappointed at all, quite the opposite. We were greeted by a very friendly and professional young man. We enjoyed a selection of delicious dishes, each more delightful than the last. They featured products rarely found elsewhere (sweetbreads, Velay verbena ice cream, etc.). Plus, the concept was fantastic: a mix of top-quality meats that we cooked on individual tabletop barbecues. Congratulations to the Chef and his team who work behind the scenes. We felt completely at ease. We will definitely return with great pleasure.
