Christmas 2025: Duck trilogy with exceptional homemade foie gras! Impressive quality and quantity of sweetbreads. The cheese platter is always varied and plentiful. We have been going to this restaurant for several years and are never disappointed. It truly deserves its success.
Discovering the Saltoise platter one Sunday lunchtime during our weekend in the region.
We came to try the calf's head with gribiche sauce, and it was absolutely wonderful. A dish completely different from what we know in the Charolais region. We highly recommend it.
