My meal was a series of pleasures. Everything was cooked with delicacy. Great gastronomes might call it simplicity. I love cooking and am always looking for the truth of flavors and the harmony of combinations. With this couple of restaurateurs, I was delighted. Also delighted by the care given to what is not strictly their culinary art but is symptomatic of true professionals: the attention paid to the places we call "ease," often too neglected.
