The type of restaurant I look for most when traveling.
A place that serves daily food, is delicious, has a reasonable menu, is properly managed by the owner, isn't crowded with tourists, and is frequented by locals.
I ordered the pizza (Margherita) that the owner's family eats, and as expected, it was delicious.
I couldn't try the salmon because they were out of ingredients, but I definitely want to try it if I get the chance.

A successful business lunch! The new concept is very well thought out, the Milanese-style bar is a brilliant idea, the food is excellent, and the tattooed waiter is very pleasant and professional.
