I'm a huge cookie fan, and as a pastry chef, I have to say that Nicolas' cookies are expertly made—perfectly baked, with a wonderful texture and flavor. The quality of the ingredients really shines through. Go for it!

08/03/2026: We've known the restaurant and Chef Hervé since it opened (18 years already!). Certainly one of the best restaurants in the Val d'Oise. High-quality cuisine, exceptional service, superb wines, and a very friendly atmosphere—all the ingredients for a wonderful evening! A must-try! We highly recommend it!
