L'Atelier de Nicolas sur Ermont

The Easter chocolate molds were good, but honestly, far too expensive. The mold is made with a very thin layer of chocolate, really very, very thin, and it cost over 50 euros.

Fantastic experience at this pastry shop! The pastries were simply excellent and bursting with flavor. You can really taste the craftsmanship behind each product. Special mention to the saleswoman who was very kind, welcoming, and offered great advice. It's truly a pleasure to be treated like that. I highly recommend it!
