Last week I discovered this store, I had the chance to meet Valérie and Jérôme, who are passionate about their profession. Valérie made us a delicious red fruit pavlova and Jérôme prepared us an extraordinary veal blanquette. Thank you and look forward to seeing you again in Batz sur Mer.
