L'atelier des saveurs sur Colmar

Good quality italian food. The garlic, pepper pasta tasted very comforting as well as the pizza bruschetta plate.

I loved this restaurant. All the food was superb. If I come to Colmar again; I will come here again.

We were passing through Colmar. We took advantage of this restaurant to eat a good sauerkraut :) Everything was perfect with the very pleasant and professional waiters. I recommend this establishment 👍

Excellent baeckeoffe! I bought it twice in two days, I advise you to enjoy it here rather than in a restaurant where you will pay much more for it without it being better.

Excellent restaurant. We stopped there without having a reservation at random and what a nice surprise! Everything was delicious (sauerkraut, kidneys, chestnut torch). The servers were super smiley and gave good advice! We highly recommend!

It was the only place that didn't close the door in our faces in Colmar. The waiter invited us to wait about 10 minutes and was surprisingly attentive to us (don't expect that almost anywhere in France) until he seated us. Yes, it is true that the variety is zero. They have a menu which you can combine with their classic “formulas”, but on the menu what is on the menu... nothing. Even so, they were friendly and the sauerkraut dish was very good, although yes, perhaps a little expensive, but it was something we were aware of and we had already been warned in the city of Colmar. At least thanks to this place we were able to continue our journey with a full stomach and having eaten good food.

Delicious takeaway meals with a great welcome

We had a great time at the flavor workshop! The dishes are delicious and generous. My sauerkraut was incredible compared to those I ate in other restaurants during my stay in Colmar. The staff is very friendly, attentive, takes the time to explain the specialties and is very helpful! In addition, it is one of the rare restaurants in the center of Colmar in which strollers are accepted, not negligible when having a 2 month old baby. Thank you for this moment!
