Trip with friends. We loved the place, the friendly atmosphere, the tasty veggie cuisine with quality products! The spinach croque monsieur, a delight! We would have just loved a lighter option for desserts (fruit salad, compote, chia/fruit pudding)... But we will come back!

Nice discovery. Quality vegetarian cuisine. In addition, the welcome is very pleasant which does not spoil the pleasure.

We arrived for a brunch without reservation on a market day, and were immediately greeted very warmly by the service staff. The waitresses took the time to explain the menu and what it consisted of, very smiling staff and a pleasant atmosphere on the terrace in summer. The 100% vegetarian cuisine is varied, the dishes are original and suitable for long-term vegetarians as well as those who are not used to it. The sweet as well as the savory, we liked everything, we even left with takeaway portions!

Pretty restaurant with terrace in the city center of Romans sur Isère. The juice workshop offers quality vegetarian cuisine. The associations are very successful. What refinement!! I have just tested the catering formula for December 31, for 30 people, in a vegetarian formula of course. My whole family is not "vegetarian", but the 2 basic menus chosen and the farandole of savory tarts delighted everyone. The must of the must was the lemon kale juice. Beyond the quality of the dishes, I would like to emphasize the welcome, the kindness, the attentiveness, the availability of the "boss" who met my expectations on the one hand and made suggestions which turned out to be judicious ( some vegan dishes for example). Bravo, when we know that the products are local and well chosen. Bravo for local commerce and the carbon footprint! I consciously gave 5 stars for the cuisine, the service I mean by the attention paid to my request, and the atmosphere, because I really had a warm welcome from the boss and his teammate. Nouvelle enseigne sur la place Maurice Faure longtemps désertée. La municipalité depuis quelques temps cherche à re densifier le cœur de la ville et personne ne s’en plaindra. C’est très bien que la vie revienne dans le centre ancien de Romans Sur Isère. Belle terrasse dans un coin semi piétonnier, au calme et à côté de la magnifique Collégiale Saint Barnard. Belle présentation et boutique propre. Bien agencé et idée novatrice. Profitez en pour visiter les ruelles piétonnes jusqu’à la Tour Jacquemart

Nous avons l’habitude de manger l’atelier du jus en entreprise le midi ! Nous nous régalons de leur cuisine ! Tout est végétarien, simple et bon. On sent vraiment que tout est fait maison, jusqu’à la pâte des gâteaux ! Leur particularité : ils savent assaisonner correctement les plats pour donner du goût ! Le soir ils ferment plutôt tôt (ouvert que le midi), mais j’ai déjà testé un de leur jus de fraise pour le goûter. Un régal également ! Je recommande cette adresse.
