With its welcoming and warm atmosphere, Atelier Flavien Valere delighted us with its intimate and refined ambiance. The elegant decor and meticulous decoration create an ideal setting for a family evening. Excellent value for money, we recommend this establishment without hesitation.

It's obvious... A must-try if you haven't already!

The food is excellent and the service is top-notch.

First of all, congratulations on the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand award. Our recent visit would have been perfect were it not for a staffing issue! The poor waitress gave it her all, but she couldn't be in two places at once! We counted about 30 covers; needless to say, that's a lot of work! That being said, a few constructive remarks: With an aperitif costing €10, a few small biscuits to nibble on would have been appreciated. For the starter, the foie gras was decent, but two slices of toast should replace the tiny slice that was served, which was far too small to properly appreciate the foie gras. Regarding the prawn risotto, three prawns or small king prawns were quickly devoured! Five would be more in line with the €24 price tag. The presentation was elegant, but the wait due to the lack of waitresses somewhat spoiled our experience at this restaurant.

As always, we had a wonderful time. A great place for a delicious lunch or even a gourmet dinner. A charming, intimate establishment where the owners and their team go out of their way to delight our guests. Their attention to detail and the quality of their dishes is evident in the refined and succulent cuisine. Whether you're a local or just passing through, don't hesitate to step inside this restaurant. Bravo! ⭐️

Excellent lunch! A well-deserved Bib Gourmand. Generous dishes, expertly prepared and served with professionalism. Interesting drinks and wine list. We enjoyed everything from the amuse-bouche to dessert. We will gladly return to this highly recommended restaurant!

My taste buds rejoiced! Fresh, handmade, natural. Passing by on my motorcycle, I spotted this stylish and understated storefront. I'm so glad I did. We came for lunch on a weekday. The menu was more than affordable and truly excellent. The service was superb, and the staff were lovely. The meal was excellent; we enjoyed it from beginning to end. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Rest assured, we will be back!

Delicacy and subtlety of aromas

While passing through the area, we had dinner at this restaurant and chose the tasting menu. Everything was excellent: the welcome, the service, the food, the decor, and the tableware. The chef was very accommodating to the fact that I don't eat meat or fish. We were able to enjoy beautifully prepared seasonal dishes. We found the value for money to be excellent. The only slight drawback was the lack of a wine pairing option.
