1 Hazard, 1 Great discovery.
During a day spent between Les Taillades in the morning and Lauris in the afternoon, we accidentally chose to go climbing for lunch at L'Atelier l'Art des Mets.
Without prior research, we were pleasantly surprised by their concept full of surprises.
A unique menu, guided by the plants. It is full of curiosity that we start with the 4-step formula.
Very beautiful, tasty, sufficiently fine and both rich and well-paced.
Our compliments to the chef who knew how to take us on a stroll through his dishes.

Flawless from start to finish, but beyond that a wonderful surprise at each service. Fine, balanced, tasty and fragrant cuisine with the wild flavors of our countryside. We had a very pleasant time at L’Art des Mets. It wasn't our first time and we are going back with great pleasure! The service is impeccable and very pleasant, the chef is always interesting to listen to and available. I recommend with my eyes closed and we will return again and again for our greatest happiness 🙂

We arrive without knowing what we are going to taste and it is always a great pleasure to discover new dishes, refined and generous, full of flavors and originality, always served and presented with care and delicacy! The best restaurant during my holiday in France. The sublime cuisine. Infinite courtesy. There were 5 of us, 4 adults and a little girl. The chef satisfied all of us, managing to offer an excellent and delicious dinner for me too, who unfortunately was subjected to a very rigid diet with many foods not allowed. The fantastic chef took care to understand my problem and created a separate menu for me! Exquisite people, exquisite dishes! Excellent value for money... Potential menu, flavours, aromas, combinations, nothing is taken for granted! It's a shame to be so far away and not be able to visit much more often! If you are in the area don't miss it!!!!!

Must go in the area!
Went there after a nice round of golf and had a great 6 course dinner.
With two chefs in our group they were fascinated by the cooking and will definitely come back one day!
