Good situation and communication. Quiet and quiet. Correct breakfast. Deal with staff, friendly and attentive. Fair size room and small bathroom.

Small room, but clean and modern. Great pool area, nice and very helpful staff. You cant come very much closer to the trainstation, so great for arriving by train. Ok breakfast. Cool or hot drinkingwater available to refill your flask on the ground floor before the elevators :)

Just came back from staying here room 317 very clean by the housekeeping staff. Reception staff very helpful as we was English and couldn't understand french it was no problem for them to speak English and help us kind Nd friendly staff. Bar men 2 nice guys friendly and make great strong cocktails. The pool was kept clean all day checking water, cleaning tables and glass barriers lovely pool to sit around seating was no problem. Train station nextdoor to hotel. And lots of shops about 10 minutes walk to the sea front. Thankyou for a lovely stay in nice

We stayed in this hotel for our holiday, excellent location near the station and about 20 minutes from the centre, very good and varied breakfast, non-existent cleanliness, very small and uncomfortable room with no support points, very small bathroom especially the shower and non-existent towels ( they only gave us a towel for the shower), the staff were friendly and helpful.

Ideally placed. The bathrooms are nevertheless smaller than a classic ibis and the shower door is poorly designed, the water passes through the hole which acts as a handle.

Already a very warm welcome with big smiles afterwards, as it was a little late and I was tired I took advantage of the bar which offers good quality snacks, nicely served I enjoyed myself with the added bonus of a service with smile and kindness. They even allowed me to bring my herbal tea to my room. Let's talk about the room, large, simply furnished but with the bare essentials, clean and we don't hear the neighbors, the bathroom was small but ok, very clean too. For breakfast there is a choice, good produce I particularly appreciated the well-peeled orange and grapefruit slices. For me there is only one downside: the noise coming from the street, the passing of cars and the fact that passers-by speak very loudly apart from this small inconvenience if I return to Nice I know in advance where to stay in a hotel . Besides, I have already started talking about it around me. A big thank you to the staff of this hotel who make it a truly pleasant place.

This small hotel is conveniently located opposite the Toulouse-Matabiau station, which is very convenient for travelers. Its modern design is classic and yet pleasant. The sound insulation is appreciable, despite the proximity to tourist streets and the train station, you can sleep in complete peace of mind. The equipment is present and functional, air conditioning, shower, hairdryer, tilting TV (a plus). Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. for early risers. Many restaurants nearby and within walking distance.

Over all a good stay. Except air condition did not work well in the room. Unfortunately temperature was too hot. In the hallways and breakfast room there was no air condition at all. Triple room was really small.
