I have no idea if this place is famous (hopefully not for our sake, but I do wish them much prosperity) - but we discovered this one while running on the hills of the 18th. The croissants are incredible and I'm not just saying that because we had just come from running. And the coffee is actually really good as well. The next day, I stuffed my tote bag (which I bought from this bakery because I fell quickly in love with this place so badly) with 6 croissants of all shapes and fillings and brought it back to Berlin. They did not last until the next day because we ate them all...
Interesting little bakery in the 18 !
You will find all the bakery goods you would think of but also some unusual ones like the pain chocolate praline we had ( so delicious 😋). We tried the madeleine as well. We also spotted nice focaccia but didn’t try it. If you’re in the area give it a try 😊
The bread is of good quality. However, my opinion mainly concerns the sandwiches priced at €7.50, the quality has declined compared to a few years ago and they are not well stocked. Damage
BEST BAKERY DEL MUNDO! One of the saleswomen with a smile as big as the rue Marcadet; a boss as friendly as the pastries, music that makes you want to shake your hips, pastries and breads as good as the magic potion of Panoramix! Well done Workshop P1!
Great workshop where I learned to make sourdough bread... so good 🤤 A big thank you to Elena who led it: I have rarely met someone so passionate about their job and such a teacher . Great experience that I recommend to all lovers of good bread (and therefore to everyone!)
Best bakery in the neighborhood without hesitation, the products are of high quality, the sandwiches are super good, special mention to the praline chocolate bread!!
