The pizzas are excellent. They change with the seasons. The pizza I tried this time, with fresh tomatoes, stracciatella, and balsamic vinegar, was no exception. Absolutely delicious.

A truly wonderful pizzeria, a real delight, nothing like your average pizzeria. The dough is perfect, the toppings are delicious (the ham is incredible and very generous, the stracciatella perfectly balances its saltiness...), the pizza selection is exceptional. In short, it's pizza, but in a superb gourmet restaurant; the experience is fantastic and definitely worth repeating. A special mention goes to the panna cotta dessert, which isn't made with gelatin, making it truly exceptional. In short, when you use top-quality ingredients and the chef makes an amazing dough, you can only expect a fantastic result!
