Hello Madam, Sir If the welcome, the setting, the presentation and the service are impeccable, I am doubtful about the meal itself.... 6 of us came and had the MINNA menu preceded by a bottle of Laurent Perrier Champagne “Grand Siècle” Starter with a poor carrot, certainly tasty, but still a carrot swallowed in 3 small bites! then 3 or 4 cm2 of Zander, then two poor pieces of green collar which didn't make me fly, the thigh stuffed a little more, cheese: little, and two mouthfuls of dessert. I would compare certain star menus to haute couture: luxury, search for excellence, visual beauty, but almost unwearable. For 150€ with drinks I remain dreamy and disappointed. I say this without bitterness. I'm neither a slob, nor a complainer, nor an ignoramus and I don't like to make sterile criticisms... but I won't come back here because the value for money doesn't exist. I am ready to discuss it. The cuisine is tasty, fine with attention to detail. The pairings are perfect. Discovery of a very beautiful Boudes wine. This is the second time that we have dined at the Atelier, and always with great satisfaction that we leave this very beautiful place.

Lieu magique avec une terrasse surplombant la rivière. Accueil chaleureux par le chef, son épouse et toute l'équipe. Cuisine sublime d'un bout à 'autre (la tomate ou la carotte en entrée, la truite de Barèges en plat, les desserts...). Sommelier très compétent et très affable.

What a great surprise! We found this hidden gem last minute and tried our luck walking in to this 1-star Michelin restaurant! They were happy to take us and offered us an amazing lunch! Food was definitely Michelin standard with sophistication, service was great, deco was modern with excellent music choice, and the terrace was simply stunning! Definitely worth returning over and over!
