We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance in Agen. We received a very warm welcome from the chef-owner. The dishes are prepared with fresh, local produce. We had a wonderful time! Well done to the whole team at L'Aubade!

A wonderful discovery during our family holiday in Agen. A very pleasant terrace with misting fans. The food was simply delicious, a real treat for both adults and children (ages 6 and 11). We didn't leave a crumb; everything was homemade and beautifully presented. Highly recommended! Thank you for this culinary delight!! 😍

I didn't eat because I left as the service was a bit slow. I was on a time limit as I had a train to catch but I do like to order a drink within 5 minutes of sitting down.

A set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for €20 with three choices for each course—exceptional value for money! We enjoyed our meal, had a pleasant chat with the owner, and will definitely return next time we're in Agen. The free gravel parking across the street is very convenient. Thank you!

05/09/2026: What a wonderful discovery!! Passing through Agen on a whirlwind trip but looking for good food, this was a pure moment of gastronomic pleasure. The food is fresh, expertly prepared, and exceptionally well done, with exquisite finesse 😋. The welcome was top-notch, complete with explanations from the chef!
