This restaurant is a gem and offers great value, especially with its Lunch Menu de Jour, generally with three choices per course and fantastic value.
Food is home made, delicious and drinks are reasonably priced. Service is impeccable, professional headed up by Mélodie, who is charming. On our visit earlier this week, during the current heatwave a good selection of salade starter or main courses was also on offer.
The inside of the restaurant was surprisingly cool as a bonus.
Parking is available outside, but places are limited, however on the other side of the road, is a large free car park, which is a good location to walk up to the Abbey above the village and some lovely views.
We booked based on a recommendation and we weren't disappointed! The welcome and service were truly top-notch 👍.
As for the food, everything is fresh: the dishes are beautifully presented and particularly appetizing. An excellent place that we wholeheartedly recommend! All the best 🍴🥂 It's a shame we can't give more than 5 stars 🌟😉
Excellent meal, even if there was a bit of a wait between courses, which were all homemade. The two waitresses were lovely. And for those who leave before dessert because it's taking too long, they should go to restaurants where everything is frozen. Thank you for the warm welcome and the service.
A wonderful discovery… we were welcomed with great kindness, consideration, and smiles… refined, inventive cuisine prepared by the talented and very friendly young owner… the inn has recently been tastefully renovated… incredibly cozy… you feel right at home… we will be back…
