We love discovering discreet tables and at the Auberge d'Auzon where we were welcomed like at home, it was one of the best surprises of our stay in the region. The cuisine is a pure marvel without frills. The taste of each dish was enchanting. From the appetizer of foie gras crème brûlée to the plate of monkfish with lobster bisque to finish with a peach gratin with homemade Chantilly cream. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thanks again to the chef/server for this incredible evening!

Gerard is a great cook, server, and dishwasher who runs his restaurant alone, and thank you for opening on August 15th. He is passionate and loves to please his customers. He took the time to chat with us.

This inn is a little gem, run by a single man. Delicious and diverse, homemade cuisine, with a meat and fish menu, and some classic but equally delicious desserts. We had a pleasant and wholehearted time. Please help this place live by visiting; it's truly deserved. Congratulations to Gérard for his passion for good things.

Lovely evening and very good food, all home made and in season, choose between a meat menu and a fish menu for €33 and we had the house apero Peche Mignon, which came with very cute home made pâté. Orange creme brulee was yummy as was the cevenole (chestnut puree with vanilla ice cream and Chantily cream). We also had a glass of wine each. Nice evening and honestly cooked food.
