An amazing restaurant owned by a very friendly and hard working man! The food was absolutely amazing and so unique, the menus are varied and very cheap for an outstanding quality and quantity! A must do ! highly recommend:)

We love discovering hidden gems, and at the Auberge d'Auzon, where we were welcomed like family, it was one of the best surprises of our stay in the region. The cuisine is simply wonderful, without any unnecessary frills. The taste of each dish was enchanting. From the foie gras crème brûlée amuse-bouche to the monkfish with lobster bisque, finishing with a peach gratin and homemade Chantilly cream, everything was perfect from beginning to end. Thank you again to the chef/waiter for this incredible evening!

This inn is a little gem, run single-handedly by one man.
The cuisine is delicious and varied, all homemade, with a meat menu and a fish menu, as well as some classic but equally delicious desserts.
We had a wonderful and satisfying time. Please support this place by going there; it truly deserves it.
Congratulations to Gérard for his passion for good food.

Lovely evening and very good food, all home made and in season, choose between a meat menu and a fish menu for €33 and we had the house apero Peche Mignon, which came with very cute home made pâté. Orange creme brulee was yummy as was the cevenole (chestnut puree with vanilla ice cream and Chantily cream). We also had a glass of wine each. Nice evening and honestly cooked food.
