We stopped at the first restaurant we came across, and what a pleasant surprise!
The welcome was warm, and we were quickly seated.
The chefs, who also served us, were particularly attentive and took the time to explain the menu and the specifics of each dish.
I chose the "Spring Menu," a true delight, rich in flavor and perfectly executed. The dishes were refined and elegant, and the portions were perfectly proportionate to the work done in the kitchen.
The meal was served in several courses, which allowed us to fully enjoy the experience and eat at our own pace. With calm and pleasant service, we spent about an hour and a half at the table. We left completely satisfied, ready to hit the road again towards our destination.
The setting is very pleasant, and the two gentlemen who run the restaurant are very friendly and have a great sense of humor. The quality of the meal was truly commensurate with its price: excellent, refined, and original. I loved it! 👌

A wonderful discovery on Christmas Day. We were delighted by William and Michel's warm welcome. We were served a delicious meal including homemade foie gras, a fillet of sole, a ballotine of stuffed capon with a divine sauce, and a light and airy fruit yule log to finish off this festive meal. A must-visit and highly recommended.
