L'Auberge de Gourdon sur Gourdon

We ate there on Saturday, August 15th! A superb, excellent inn, both in terms of the quality of the food and the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. The sweetbreads were sublime! Bravo!!! 👍

We had a wonderful time in every way: perfect service, dishes that were visually and deliciously excellent, and a warm atmosphere. Everything is homemade and prepared with care. The ribeye steak was succulent (perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth tender, as were the side dishes). We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

The meal was very good, the restaurant and the view are beautiful, but we couldn't enjoy it because we were swarmed by hundreds of flies, no exaggeration. The owners absolutely must do something to prevent this problem, especially since the restaurant is rather expensive. We might come back in winter, but certainly not in summer.

A wonderful discovery! The place is incredible, the staff friendly, and the food, cocktails, and desserts are delicious. The presentation is perfect. A big thank you to the team, and we'll be back! 🙂

A reversible air conditioner needs to be installed in the room as the temperature is too high in summer.

We had lunch as a family on Saturday at noon, ten of us. It was 35°C outside and nearly 30°C inside. The meal was excellent. The lack of air conditioning and ventilation made the numerous flies particularly unpleasant. The table was set very simply, without a tablecloth or flowers.

A very pleasant family lunch this Sunday! A truly delicious meal in a lovely setting. The six-course menu was perfect, both in taste and presentation. We'll be back!

Rather disappointed with the establishment… The portions are not commensurate with the prices charged. My veal dish, priced at €26, was accompanied by only three asparagus spears and half a small carrot, with no starchy side dish. Furthermore, the plate was piping hot while the veal itself was cold. Finally, no sugar-free drinks like Diet Coke were offered, which is surprising these days. Disappointing value for money. Even the €45 set menu is very meager…

Exceptional food, top-notch service, a relaxed atmosphere. You really must go.
