Dorothée welcomes you with her cheerful disposition and smile! The menu changes regularly for the set menu, while the regular menu is full of delicious classics. We enjoy coming for lunch or in the evening with a group. Bonus points for the truly delicious fries and affordable prices for very complete set menus.

The food at the Auberge de Haux is excellent, and the dishes are beautifully presented. The setting is pleasant, and the service is quick and friendly. We had a wonderful time celebrating Mother's Day. We're from Haux and we'll be back.
What a pleasure to discover this bistro with its warm welcome and homemade dishes that change weekly. Special mention goes to the calamari fricassee! The prices are very reasonable, the manager is a sweetheart, and we've been happily returning regularly since our discovery.
Great team, great food, a really friendly place. I haven't tried it in the evening, but it's really cool at lunchtime. If you're in the area, stop by, you won't be disappointed.
